We offer a monthly online group workshop where Ken coaches you step-by step through chapters of his book. You'll be:
- Examining your Core, and Supporting values to eliminate red herrings and reveal only those that identify your dominant DreamJob Type
- Deciphering your Myers-Briggs personality type to peel away the mumbo-jumbo and identify the bits that help you find your Dream Job
- Dissecting your DISC behavioral style to zero in on what's important for you to have joy and meaning in your job
- Scrutinizing your top-five CliftonStrengths to clarify which ones to leverage in your DreamJob search
- Isolating which of your top-three DreamJob Types is the best for you to pursue to finally find enjoyment and fulfillment in your work
- Understanding how your Sanctioning and Character values help you narrow down the list of job titles that make sense for you to consider

Creating your action plan for transitioning out of the job you aren't enjoying into one that fuels your passion and inspires your purpose.

We conduct the workshop live via Zoom once a week for four weeks. There will be a couple of BONUS sessions on top of that too (because we like to overdeliver on the value you receive). If you miss a live session, you'll be able to watch a replay and get your questions answered via email.
